I believe the LHD Milano is a lot easier to access than my old RHD 75TS. It was a bugger of a job to say the least. Also, be careful probing down the vents with a vac as you might damage the VERY EXPOSED and FRAGILE wires on the resistor pack.

If you do commit to pulling the dash apart, build a small cage to go over the resistors in addition to screening the plenum inlet for the ventilation system. This will allow subsequent probing with the aforementioned vac.

I also took the time to:
1. replace all the foam sealing on the flappers,
2. replace the seals on the heater matrix pipes,
3. clean all the crud from the heater and aircon matices, plus a lot of mud/dirt lazing at the bottom of both,
4. replace a U/S recirc flap actuator.

PM me if you'd like a hazy pic of the screen I made for the TS plenmum inlet.
