1. Goto System > Preferences > Keyboard
2. Goto Layouts tab
3. Click Layout Options… button
4. Expand Alt/Win Behavior
5. Check on Super is mapped to the Win-keys (default)
6. Click on close button
7. Goto System > Preferences > Keyboard Shortcuts
8. Set your shortcut for "Hide all normal windows and set focus on desktop" with the combination of "Win" (Super L) + "D". It should come out as Mod4+CHOSENKEY.
